The New Balance 2002R Mule ??Marblehead?? is a modified version of the retro performance running shoe with a slip-on, mule-style silhouette. The 2002R Mule made its debut as part of a collaboration with contemporary artist Bryant Giles before it was released in more readily available colorways, like this ??Marblehead?? design. The colorway features a dark indigo-colored mesh base with grey suede and leather overlays. A white ??N?? logo appears on both sides. The 2002R Mule??s open heel allows for easy on/off access. MarbleheadVortex generating heel design reduces aerodynamic drag during forward motion.
